A student who has passed H.S.C Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Mumbai or an examination recognized equivalent thereto. Learners who have passed the H.S.C or other qualifying examinations from other than the Maharashtra Board should produce ELIGIBILITY Certificate from the university of Mumbai along with the application for admission.
Eligibility for admission: “A candidate for being eligible for admission to the B.M.S degree course, shall have passed H.S.C. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary education or its equivalent or Diploma in any Engineering branches with two years or three years duration after (S.S.C.) conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination by securing minimum 45% marks for general category (in one attempt) at the respective Examination and minimum 40% marks for the reserved category (in one attempt)”
Eligibility for admission: A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce B.Com (Accounting & Finance) degree course, shall have passed XII Std. examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary education or its equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate at first attempt [40% in case of reserved category].
Eligibility for admission: A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course in Bachelor of Mass media shall have passed XIIth std. examination of Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary education or its equivalent form the Science, Arts and Commerce Stream
Eligibility for admission: Graduate and post graduate students from any discipline of arts, science and commerce are eligible to apply. The minimum percentage required is 50% (45% for SC and ST) desirous candidates have to clear CET (Common entrance test) conducted by Govt. of Maharashtra and / or association of management of unaided B.Ed. colleges.
LL.B. (3years course):-
The students who have passed Bachelor’s Degree examination in any faculty of this University or any other Degree examination or other Degree examination or other examination which is recognized as equivalent thereto and have secured minimum 45% of marks with 5% relaxation to candidates belonging to S.C /S.T Categories , shall only be entitled for admission to the LL. B Course.
B.L.S. / LL.B. (5 Years course):-
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the first year of the five year integrated law course should have passed the H.S.C Examination (Arts, Science or Commerce) of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune or its equivalent examination. Bar Council of India may from time to time, stipulate the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case general category applicants and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.
LL.B (Gen), LL.B Degree course:-
An Applicant any who has graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognized as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence, may apply for a three year’s program in law leading to conferment of LL.B degree on successful completion of the regular program conducted by a University whose degree in law is recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment.
